In-House Laundry & Cleaning Teams
Unlike other companies who outsource, we operate our own professional cleaning and laundry service. This ensures
consistent quality, faster turnaround, and lower costs for you. We provide linens to the property as well unless you
would like to use your own.
Tax Compliance Made Easy
We handle all hotel occupancy tax submissions to both the city and state, so you stay compliant without lifting a
Finger.

Our team lives and works in Galveston. We’re always available to you and your guests, and we pride ourselves on

If something in the home is not working we will reach out to the homeowner to make them aware and ask if the have or know someone to make the fix.
If the homeowner is unavailable we would get it fix asap if the home is occupied under$250.00 over that we would require approval.
Inspection are does each time the home is rented.
